What is the rental guarantee?

The rental guarantee offered with our Co-Living packages means you will always receive 75% of the rent even if the property sits under the amount of rooms filled. For example, if total rent for 5 bedrooms is $1,250 (100%), you will always receive a minimum of $937.50 every week guaranteed.

What types of tenants live in Co-Living homes?

Our typical tenants for Co-Living homes are students and medical staff, as our homes are always within easy travel distance to both universities and hospitals. These homes are affordable and suited for this type of tenant who values quality, convenience, and community.

How long do tenants typically stay?

The average time each tenant stays in a Co-Living property is 12-24 months, as the lease agreements issued are generally a minimum of 12 months. This provides stable, long-term rental income for investors.

Do I need to furnish the property?

In order to obtain the rental guarantee, the property must be furnished. We use the term "suitcase ready," meaning tenants can move in tomorrow with only their suitcase. This also means you have control to include amenities like fridges, which increases rental appeal and value.

Where are these properties located?

The Co-Living packages we offer are always located near public transport, as 99% of the time the tenants are students or medical workers who require public transport access. Properties are also close to local shopping centers for maximum convenience.
